best weapon concealed?

Courently Iam looking for a gun that would be good to put on a belt or ankle, but people look at if I enter a store (as they do when I have my hunting knife from my side). must also be good for hunting that is, to put a deer or a coyote down (if not my gun kill) without being high or high impact (through him). would be used for self defense as well (I'm not too worried about stopping power, because I know that a bullet stop me, but anything less than a 25 acp) also shot wet / underwater would be nice. im thinking of going with the Taurus model PT25, do not want a Kel-tec or a revolver. i thank you for your answers, but I must have read wrong when I say "put down" I mean end if still alive. I also go with a 39 for self-defense 25 car would only be a last resort or the wet or under water part and I know a gun has no power under the water just want to know if it is still wet fire

Dude, I think he's looking for the best of worlds, that does not exist. First, not semi-automatic fires under water, and a few revolvers do. The water is dense and, frankly, I can not think of any reason why that had to be pulled under water anyway. All weapons will work wet, is the ammunition you need to worry. Most modern factory loaded ammunition is fired after being exposed to water, but do not expect that you can soak your ammunition and hang out for weeks and still be good. Then braking is a bit of a myth. It is a matter of physics. For every action there is a reaction equal and opposite. If a bullet was actually powerful enough to call its extreme, the energy needed to push as fast would the shooter on his back too. It is shot placement. Furthermore, no small caliber revolver cartridge to download a deer. I have known people hunt with a firearm, and use a full size .44 caliber revolver largest Mag. loudness or whom. All weapons are loud. Period. Of course, a .44 Mag is stronger than a .22, but this is really a moot point. Now, we're on the issue of concealment. Some weapons are easier to hide than others due to its size and design. Guns with hard edges and corners, like a Glock, is much more difficult to hide. short-barreled guns to the nose are pretty easy to hide. Some small semi-autos, like a Walther PPK, are thin and easy enough to hide in the waist, but more difficult to wear on the ankle due to the grip and magazine stands. The best advice is not to try different and see what works. Now, the PT25. It is a well made gun, and decent for self defense if you understand its limitations. You can forget using to lose the game. It is not powerful enough. You may be able to take down a coyote with it, but should be a perfect picture or enough to scare it away. The 25 is also limited in its ability to be a good weapon for self-defense. The tour is very small and low power. Short of hitting the aorta or another large artery, you will not cause injuries serious enough to stop someone in their tracks. Frankly, people consider a firearm "belly" or one that get right up the person, push the barrel in the belly robber, and downloads. The aim is to cause enough pain and shock to stop the attacker. I tried almost all the small guns out there when I was a cop, and I returned to the j-frame revolver. It's reliable, easy to hide, and reasonably powerful. You can even get in a .357 Mag If you have a total aversion to a wheelgun, which I think is a bad idea, because it really offer the complete package of backups or carrying, I do not see anything smaller a 9mm according to their wish list. In fact, I encourage you to take a look at a .40 S & W caliber pistol. Kahr, Glock Smith & Wesson, Ruger, Taurus, Springfield, and others all make good guns in this caliber compact. In general, you're not going to get everything you are looking at a .25 caliber.
